ABOUT McLean Park Manor

McLean Park Manor, incorporated in 1975, is a townhouse community of 30 homes located in the Dranesville District of the County of Fairfax, in Virginia. Bounded on the northeast by Westmoreland Street, and on the northwest and southwest by townhouses in the Stoneleigh development, the remaining southeastern boundary is parkland owned by Fairfax County containing Saucy Branch stream. The 3.04-acre parcel is subdivided into 30 privately owned lots and a common area managed by the Homeowners Association (HOA).

Mature trees and open space planted with grass are distinguishing features of McLean Park Manor (MPM), as is the easy proximity to shops and restaurants in the center of McLean. Services such as medical professionals, pharmacies, banks, supermarkets, florists are also well represented and within walking distance.

MPM is a short bus ride from two Metro stops – the West Falls Church station on the Orange line and McLean station on the Silver line. The Metro bus service is accessible from Westmoreland Street and from Chain Bridge Road.  We are also within 30 minutes drive of both Dulles and Washington National airports. The community is served by the following excellent Fairfax County public schools: McLean High School, Longfellow Middle School and Kent Gardens Elementary School.

The McLean Park Manor HOA is governed by a Board of three members  –  President, Treasurer and Secretary – elected for a term of 3 years by the memberships at the Annual Meeting. There are also two standing committees: the Architectural Control Committee and the Grounds Committee. In order to access contact information for the current Board, committee members, current homeowners and resident tenants, and all governing documents and forms for the community please sign in.
